Christian Living Week: Let's Be Biblical!

Last week of January 2013, the La Verdad Christian College Caloocan conducted an event for the celebration of the Christian Living week. Different exciting games and activities were presented and made for the students of the said campus. 

To start the celebration of the Christian Living week, the eight sections namely: MCT-11, MCT-12, MCT-13, MCT-21, MCT-22, AB-31, HCS-11, and HCS-22 had a yell competition. Each section made a cheering to welcome the Christian Living week. All students were so happy and enjoy watching the different yell of each section. 

Christian Dance

One of the activities that in our Christian Living week is the Christian dance. Each sections perform to praise and glorify the greatness of God through dancing. At that competition, the over all champion is MCT-12. The first place goes to MCT-13 and MCT-11 got the second place.

 

Chorale Competition

One way that makes God happy is to sing song of praises for His Almighty Name. It is so happy to see that each section looks like a choir for what they have presented.

Bible Preaching

It is so glad to see that some of our cousins in faith are preaching God's wisdom even though they are not yet truely members of Members Church of God International. Seeing those students really touches our hearts.

Bible Quiz Bee

As part of the Christian Living week, the school tested the students about how do they really know the informations inside the bible. The said activity was divided into three parts- easy round, average round, and the difficult round. MCT-13 and HCS-11 are tie in that competition and both of them are winners.

ASOP La Verdad

Twelve students from different sections composed and interpret praised songs as their entry to the ASOP La Verdad. It is a privilege that one of the judge in the ASOP La Verdad is Mr. Mon del Rosario, judge in the UNTV program ASOP TV. Mr. Mon del Rosario said that the entries he heard in the activity is as nice as what he hears in the A Song of Praise Music Festival at UNTV Channel 37. He also mentioned that he is never expecting that the production made by the students with the help of the instructors will never be like that. He was so amazed. Thanks be to God!

Gayak Fashion Show

Beautiful and handsome La Verdarians walked at the stage of the La Verdad Christian College Caloocan at the auditorium. to promote the right and Christian way of apparel.
